Click and Collect (store pickup)
What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is the possibility to order products online from Kamphuis roof boxes. If your desired product is in stock, it will be set aside immediately after ordering. You can then drop by the showroom at the appointed time to pick up your order. This gives you the assurance that you can pick up your order immediately.
For ordering and pickup we use a minimum order amount of 20 euros. Our pickup point is open Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed Sunday.
How does online ordering work with Click & Collect?
- Choose your products in the webshop and select “Click & Collect” at checkout.
- The checkout of your shopping cart will then proceed through the standard process
- After checkout you will receive an email from us containing the order confirmation and the pickup receipt with time from when you can pick up your order.
- Visit the pickup point and upon showing the pickup receipt you will receive your order
We ask that you consider the following:
- Always wear a mouth mask
- Come alone
- Keep 1.5 meters distance
- Have your pickup slip handy
- Follow the instructions of our staff
- Stay home if you have cold symptoms
- Order online as much as possible and only come to our pickup point when you really need a product
Note
It is only possible to pick up your package at Kamphuis roof boxes. We are unfortunately not open at this time for regular sales, and other services, such as making delivery appointments for new orders, repairs and complaints (of course, this can be done online through our customer service).
