The new revolutionary Thule RaceWay 992 bike carrier is the most sturdy and safe bike carrier for rear door mounting. The assembly itself is also very simple. The tailgate bike carrier is already completely pre-assembled, so you can mount it on the car.

For everyone
The Thule RaceWay 3 (992) is suitable for all bikes (except E-Bikes). Children’s bikes and mountain bikes are no problem either. For easy mounting of BMX bikes, women’s bikes and mountain bikes we do recommend the optional Thule Bicycle Frame Adapter 981. The Thule RaceWay 992 is suitable for 3 bikes and can carry a maximum weight of 45 kg (15 kg per bike).
User-friendly
The Thule RaceWay 992 features molded rubber pads that provide firm hold to the vehicle and protect it from scratches. The patented No-Sway cages prevent the bikes from touching each other or the bike from touching the vehicle.
Storing the bike carrier is very easy. You can fold and store the RaceWay compactly. You can also hang it on the optional Thule Wall Pendant 9771.
Accessories RaceWay 3
Various accessories are available for the Thule RaceWay:
- Thule Light Board 976: the Thule 976 replaces the most important rear lights of your car (via 7-pin connector) and allows you to mount your license plate.
- Thule Bike Frame Adapter 982: this adapter allows you to mount bikes without a standard frame (women’s bikes, mountain bikes, etc.) on the carrier. The adapter is placed between the seatpost and headset and is also suitable for bikes with a carbon frame.
