Return Policy

Items purchased from Kamphuis Online Shops can be returned in most cases within 30 days of receipt. During this time, you can try and review the products as you would in a physical store.

When you want to return a product it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damages. You may remove products from their packaging unless the packaging is sealed.

If you choose to return products, we ask that you notify us in advance by filling out the return form on our website or using the withdrawal template below. You can also notify us by sending an email to: info@kamphuisdakkoffers.nl.

Please note that you must return products within 14 days of informing us.

Processing of your return

After we receive your return shipment, we will get to work evaluating the returned items and processing your refund. The money will be refunded according to the original payment method you used during the purchase, unless otherwise requested.

The amount will be refunded within 7 days. The shipping costs for the return shipment are at your own expense, and amount to a maximum of 20.

Items that cannot be returned

The following type of items cannot be returned:
Products that are custom made to the buyer’s specifications such as:

• All roof boxes from Phantom-One
• When purchasing as a company (B2B contract)
