The Thule VeloSpace 938 is the successor to Thule’s Thule VeloSpace 918 bike carrier for towbar mounting. The Thule 938 is characterized by its wide gutters, so the bike stands firmly and securely on the bike carrier. This towbar bike carrier is extremely suitable for frequent (daily) use. The VeloSpace 938 is suitable for 2 bikes and can carry up to 60 kg in weight. This makes this bike carrier ideal for transporting electric bikes.

Various accessories are available for the Thule VeloSpace XT 2:
- Disconnect plug: The VeloSpace XT 2 has a 13-pole plug connector. With this adapter you can also mount the carrier on a 7-pin connector.
- Thule Loading Ramp XT: With the Thule ramp you can simply ride the bikes on the 938 bike carrier. Especially when you want to transport heavier bikes. Supplied with a holder for the ramp, so you always have the ramp with the carrier.
- Thule Transport Wheel: Handy transport wheel, specially developed for the Thule VeloSpace models. This way you no longer have to lift the carrier to the car, but you can simply drive the 938 towards the tow bar.
- Thule VeloSpace XT Bike Adapter: with this extension kit you can make the Thule XT 2 suitable for transporting 3 bikes. The maximum load capacity of the extension set (938-1) is 15 kg. Included is a double frame clamp that you can use to secure the extra bike to the frame of the 2nd bike.
